Milk Swirling

Materials:

• Petri dish
• Eye droppers
• Food coloring (preferably two colors)
• Whole milk
• Dish soap

Procedure:

1. Pour milk into the Petri dish
2. Put a drop of food coloring on the perimeter. You can do this with a couple different colors if you choose.
3. Squirt a drop of dishwashing liquid in the center.
4. Write down your observations and questions
